Ohmpere respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What this website collects

Nothing directly. The contact form on this site does not send or store anything. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash and Pexels. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, as with any website that uses them. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the matter you raised, such as hosting a charging hub or hearing when a hub opens. We don't sell or share it for marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose or as the law requires, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ohmpere.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
